1. Who We Are

Hillman Habits is operated by InnerCurrent Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.

2. What We Sell

We offer four products:

  • Reality Check — $500. Written business assessment delivered in 3–5 business days.

  • Full Audit — $1,500. Comprehensive written assessment delivered in 5–7 business days.

  • Full Blueprint — $2,500. Written assessment plus 30-day execution roadmap delivered in 7–10 business days.

  • The Not-So-Guru Manifesto — $19. Instant PDF download.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

For the three consulting services: once you have submitted your form and completed payment, work begins. The deliverable is a written assessment based on what you share with us. The more transparent you are about your situation, the more useful our work will be.

For The Not-So-Guru Manifesto: this is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment and is non-refundable.

4. Delivery

Consulting assessments are delivered as written documents to the email address provided at submission. Delivery timeframes begin when payment is confirmed and all required information has been submitted.

We make every effort to meet stated delivery windows. If circumstances require additional time, we will notify you.

5. What We Deliver Is an Assessment, Not a Guarantee

Our work is based on the information you provide and our professional judgment. We give you our honest read of your situation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or that following our recommendations will produce any particular result. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice. Consult licensed professionals for those matters.

6. Confidentiality

What you share with us stays with us. We do not pass your information to third parties, share your business plans, or discuss our clients. Full stop.​

7. Intellectual Property

The Not-So-Guru Manifesto is the intellectual property of InnerCurrent Ventures LLC. You may read it, reference it, and apply its ideas. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the file itself in any form without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerCurrent Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any product or service purchased here. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
